Allen,
You were probably thinking of an older model Ural - they
apparently sold the company and the new owners have modernized the
bike and the factory.
Got that from the dealer I talked to today.
However - paying somewhere around $14000 (give or take) for
a 700 cc four speed bike with a max speed of 62 - even if it has a
sidecar - is a bit more than I'm willing to consider paying.
