When it runs rich (choke) the oil tends to get contaminated. The only fix
is to change the oil. I'm well aware of the wear issues, that's why I do it
this way. Gotta put on the jacket & helmet anyway.
The next time you check your oil (before the next ride) smell it, if you
smell gas then change it.
