I immediately test the battery when the bike came in, it was about 11.7 volts. The resistance on the generator was .07 and .08. Put in another stator off eBay that measured .04. The manual says it should be between .04 and .06. Then I put in a new voltage regulator and a new battery. The voltage output at idle was then about 12.5 and increased to over 13, almost 14 v when revving. Still a little low compared to my 1985 CB650 Nighthawk that I then compared it to.
