I'm guessing this is an '83-'85 650? If so I had the same issue, it wasn't
the fuse causing it, but rather the fuse block and the plugs going into the
back of it. I had to strip it all down and clean it. The female connectors
on the plugs had to be sprung out a bit so they would fit more snugly. I
took pics of the rebuild.
