we us castrol lma brake fluid.  Low moisture activity in all brake work we do 
at the shop.

Nate, I think flushing the brake fluid is a lot more important than what most 
people think. I am sure people like Kurt will have a much better answer, but 
basically the brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, and loses its properties. 
By flushing it you also remove most of the deposits and solid particles the 
build up over time. I like to do it once a year. There are ways to do it 
without the hand pump, but is _a lot_ easier with it. Clutch uses the same 
stuff, so you should do the same maintenance as well.
