Thanks for the lesson everyone. I was aware that brake fluid would absorb moisture so I've never kept a bottle around for more than a month once its been open but I suppose in my case it was the lesser of two items. I'll be back if I need any additional advice, gotta get swapping. I suppose I should also be doing this to my 20 year old Camaro too.
