+1 except you should note that chem dip will destroy any rubber bits, you have 
to totally disassemble and de-rack the carbs to use it as that is the only way 
to remove the rubber throttle shaft bushings. I use a single strand from a 
piece of stranded copper wire to poke out clogged jets. Also I usually don't 
bother with carb kits, though the oring on the pilot jet needle is the same 
size as the smallest one in the harbor freight nitrile oring kit and I'd 
recommend replacing that one.

How did you clean them?  I find a full disassembly of the carbs and a soak in 
carb cleaner dip (the stuff in the paint can) is best.  If the pilot jet isn't 
pressed in I remove all brass and soak for 3 day ( the brass ) the aluminum 
bodies can handle 24 hours but longer soak times run a risk of pitting.  

It's your first time so be patient when attempting carb work and expect to do 
it over.  My guess is the pilot circuit is still clogged.  Also avoid the 
temptation of putting wire into the holes of the jets, like torch tip cleaning 
wires, the soft brass won't like it.

Remember the passages get smaller as the gas travels always reverse direction 
when using a blow gun and compressed air.  In the case of the pilot circuit 
they are the small hole(s) at the bottom and behind the butter fly plates 
(throttle plates)
