Are you getting fuel out of the petcock? Is the vacuum line for the petcock 
connected? Try lowering the idle stop screw.

So I removed the fuel screws and found two plugged ports and they were out of 
adjustment same thing though and now the idle seems high still have fuel in the 
float bowls and the bike still won't run off supply but will start with spray
