Here is my 2 cents, I use www.z1enterprises.com for everything I can which is most of the maintenance stuff. Www.servicehonda.com sells OEM and has a what other model parts fits and a P/N lookup. Tires I'd go with shinko 230 or 712 series. Maybe a Bridgestone BT45 I'd you want a good dual compound rear tire, but stick to shinko up front. Mix up some kero with a couple ounces of ATF, I use it as a cleaner, lubricant, penetrating oil, etc. Squirt some of that in the cylinders before oil and it will help unstick the rings. Clean the carbs and put 2 #256 washers under the needles. Pop out the caliper wheel cylinders, and the master cylinder as well make sure the return port is clear. Think about replacing the brake lines and return throttle cable. Grease the rear wheel hub (watch out for the oring), and drain the gear oil. Don't mess with the fuse block unless it gives you trouble like the headlight, dash lights, or ignition quit. IMHO the fuse block is crap and is the only weak spot. At least drain and replace fork oil.
