Just ride like they're all trying to kill you. They're only pretending to
be texting and not paying attention when in reality they know exactly where
you are and are just waiting for you to ride up into their "blind spot" so
they can swerve over and take you out. Hang back until you have a clear
shot and then gas it and shoot past them, each car, remember, they ALL want
to kill you.
