Not quite, while it is about time allballs made a search feature for their conversion bearings spreadsheet; you lack a critical measurement which is fork length. This is especially important when using upside down forks since they are usually shorter and cannot be moved up or down in the tree. At least all of the ones I've worked on had retaining rings to set the position.
