Although I can't prove it, it's always been my understanding that those only came in black and maroon, as Paul says, the same as the V30 they made in 84 and 85. I found a picture of another blue one, but it's an obvious repaint to me. When somebody repaints a bike, I always wonder why. At any rate, that one you have is a stunner.
If you got that for $900, I'd say it was a good deal. There's been one for sale here locally for the past two months, but it doesn't seem that anybody wants to pay that much for it.
