Hi guys, I'm new to the group. My baby is an '82 450. I've had her for 4 years now. I've cheaped out on a lot of repairs and parts, sort of turned it into a frankenstien. Not the tires, though. I was spending more time in the woods than on the road...so I went with 60/40 on/off in the back and 70/30 off/on in the front. Other than some thick mud she holds up great in the woods, and there's nothing more bad-ass than coming out of a trail covered in dirt on a street bike! I am wondering if anyone has tried the MAC after market 2 into 1 pipes? My whole unit is pretty shot, head pipes are rusted and the megaphones are completely rotten. Used oem in pretty much the same condition are about the same as the MAC. Do I need to tweek anything with the carbs? I like the wieght reduction and better ground clearance, which suits my off road riding. ---Eric ---My other bike is a minivan
