Allen: I haven't worked with a MAC setup, but your comments mirror others. It's possible that my V&H set was abused, but as you say it is thin walled pipe.
My personal preference is for stock pipes, but I'm admittedly a purist who rides purely for pleasure. Weight doesn't bother me nearly as much as pitch and volume, so most aftermarket stuff holds no appeal. I do like the SuperTrapps on the Viffer though. Do like indeed.
