I'm not sure what actuates the light, but I noticed mine will flash while
shifting, and I don't think it did that originally.

Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] Neutral light stays on
2003 nighthawk 750 with 31k miles, riding it yesterday and neutral light came
on and stayed on during normal riding. Got home let the bike cool down before
taking a look at it and light is back to normal operation, rode about five
miles and light back on, returned home and now light back to normal. Any
thoughts? I have owned the bike about a year and really enjoy it.
