Thanks Sean, There are a couple of motors on Ebay that would do just fine but the prices are out of my range. When you add shipping you're looking at almost a grand.....So, I'm kinda searching as local as possible' I would drive a couple hundred miles for a solid engine at a reasonable price. Reasonable being subjective of course. I remember the wrecking yard i think you are talking about. Out on marine drive somewhere. That place was awesome but closed down sadly quite a few years ago. I'm slowly edging toward rebuilding it myself. It's waaay outside my experience but I guess that's how you learn. I could probably do it less expensively replacing the offending components as long as I can get it back together properly. And hey, if I pull it off it will feel pretty damn good. If not, at least I gave it a shot and will definitely learn quite a bit. We'll see, no hurry really. I have my 63 CA95 Benly that I restored this past spring to putter around on this summer.
