Good advice from Graham. My money is fuel not getting to the cylinder. If you ran the engine with one spark plug removed from a working cylinder and you pulled that plug you should see unburned gas on plug and inside the jug. You reported a dry plug, so the cylinder isn’t supplied with fuel.
