So this weekend I started on the calipers. I took them off the bike and 
tried to get the pistons out... they weren't budging even with compressed 
air. I had to remount the calipers, bleed them, and then use the normal 
action form the master cylinder to push them out. The only issue was that 
once one piston started to move I had to lodge something in front of it in 
order for the others to start moving. Even then, once one piston popped out 
I had to use pliers to get the other three out... one of which was REALLY 
stuck... which means I now have little nicks on my caliper pistons from the 
pliers.

4 new pistons are now on order. :( The Honda OEMs were $35 a piece while 
reproduction (i.e. Chinese knock-offs) are only $12. If anyone is looking

On a positive note, I now know my master cylinder works! :) But I already 
bought the parts to rebuild it so I'll follow through with that plan 
anyways.
