What font are you using for Hebrew? If you are using the Hebrew Language Kit
fonts then changing the English font should not effect the Hebrew. If, on
the other hand, you are using a font like "SuperHebrew" then changing the
English font will change them all.

So, perhaps a few more details and we can see what is going on... (Fonts
used, type of ruler, etc.)
