And to fill out that idea; Be sure to use different file sizes and protocols, share your results. Also I have thought of this use for the 2 systems that have on board gigabit, I was thinking of making a crossover cable for them to do their nfs and similar over and putting a 100Mb nic in for the LAN/router access -- I'm a PC AND I RUN LINUX!!!
