I worked in one place where they decided to turn the 'old data center' into offices. All when well until they figured out there was no heat in that building. Only Air Conditioning. Even the 'heat' in the office area of the old data center was just 'reduced air conditioning' area of the building.
They had already built the new data center, and after we moved in found that it was on top of the only fault that went through El Paso, TX. ... ...
