My domain is hosted by webmasters.com, whom I have also had good results from. Perhaps once or twice a year I have to report that a mail or web server isn't responding in a timely manner. Within a few minutes, everything is working again.

Their domain name service and registrar service is fine. They aren't very pro free speech. If your content is potentially highly offensive, they may not be a good choice.
