We use 1and1.com for our domains/hosting. Small Business plan is like
$9.95/mo. They have dedicated servers for either Linux or Windows and we
have never experienced an outage that was their fault. Take that with a
grain of salt, we've only been with them about 2 years, but they have
been two trouble-free years.
