For the record, I'm not trying to rain on your parade, Critch.  I just like
to be clear of the "official" rules/laws on these types of things because I
make a distinction between what I might do/"get away with" vs. what I would
feel confident recommending to friends and/or clients.  My current TOS (with
StraightTalk wireless, not AT&T), seems to have closed the Wireless vs.
Tethered loophole you are exploiting.  It says I can't use my data service
for any purpose other than applications actually running on the phone and
provided by StraightTalk.  That's not to say I won't try it... :)
