Hear, hear..... Chris... Actually for the most part I'm a top poster, but usually when I receive and email I may leave a snippet of the last conversation. I delete everything and just make my response. ESPECIALLY in lengthy posts. As far as vcards I am not aware of them having macros of any sort. They are just a "standardized" format so other "users" can suck your address into their addressbooks and such usually automatically. I know how to right click and add to addressbook, and oh yes highlight, yank, paste a new entry by hand. I believe in time saving but basic computer skills 101 are really mandatory. If you can do that, maybe you should be a street sweeper or something.
