I run Archlinux for personal use on my laptop/desktop(s). It's usually pretty reliable, but it has been known to break occasionally.. while that's fine for my personal use, I'd rather not have our servers breaking on such a regular basis. That said, when things have to work and stay working, I use debian or centos. The machines I manage at work all run Debian Lenny on bare-metal. Most of our openvz containers use a home rolled centos 5.4 template w/asterisk+freepbx.
