On one system here (RHL 6.1), I have nmh-1.0-6. "man nmh" is definitely broken
in that, though not exactly as you describe (I have lots of missing content).
nmh-1.0.3-6x which I have on another system (RHL 6.2) looks fine (except it
claims t document mh).
