I've taken a first stab at the "ali" manpage. I don't
think I'm using anything more than -man, but since I'm
a man neophyte, please correct me if I'm wrong.

The new manpage looks decent on solaris and redhat linux.
I mostly just made the SYNOPSIS a little more interesting with
flags in bold, and mutually exclusive options written as
[ -foo | -nofoo ]. The spacing isn't as tightly controlled
as before, but whatever.

Any content or formatting suggestions, while we're at it?
