I'm trying to download information for the first time. I have a Chase account and I keep getting the following error:
[2000] ERROR The user cannot signon because of invalid user ID or password, or host is unavailable. I'm using the correct login information. Any ideas? Has anyone else successfully completed this setup for a Chase account?
