Hey Jay,

Based on others who had a similar problem in this user group, I would
check with Chase to see if you need to pay first in order to perform
Direct Downloads.  Many FI's charge for that service per month.  I
know Bank of America charges like $5 for this feature (unless you are
an Advantage Checking member) and the FI has to actually activate the
ability for Direct Download.  I think I remember someone saying it can
take up to 48 hours before it takes effect.  Do a serch in this group
for Direct Downloading or start with Chase 1st and see if this is the
case.
