Spiral, are you not using separate buckets for your bill payments?  
i.e. Mortgage, hydro, groceries, dogs, etc. I used to use Quicken a  
long time ago but if I think of MW in terms of the envelopes of cash  
I'm "allowed" to spend each month, it seems to be more simple than  
Quicken. For me, it was the initial shift in thinking that was so  
difficult. It really did require a considerable shift--I've never  
tried so hard to make software work as I have with MW. It's a credit  
to Kevin's vision as well as the people here on the Forum that kept me  
going.
