Ah, so this explains the error messages I am getting when I try to
create new accounts for BoA (California) and CapitalOne. I can go to
the relevant sites and download the "web connect for Quicken" files
with no problem, but creating the account new using Moneywell's
capability (and the "Downoad accounts from selection" option) give the
error message:

"[2000] ERROR The product which you are using is not enabled. Please
call customer service at 1.800.792.0808 for assistance."

I am not sure what the difference is with respect to the way that
Moneywell operates (I am a new user - just setting things up)

For CapitalOne, I get the following error message when trying to set
up the new account:
"[15500] ERROR The user cannot signon because of invalid user ID or
password."

Even though I have verified that the username and password I am
entering are in fact the ones that allow me to log into their regular
site.

AMEX works perfectly - I love American Express. That $395 a year just
keeps on paying for itself... :-)
