Anita, The reason I sent you those FAQs is that it's possible to have all your statements reconciled but your bank balance is still wrong. This happens when the difference between two dates is correct but the starting balance on the account registry is wrong. If you select the last reconciled transaction in your list for your checking account, does the end of day balance (shown at the bottom of the window) match your end of day balance for that account as shown on your bank website? If not, select the first one and see if that matches your bank's website for an end of day. By selecting different dates of transactions, you can narrow down where the problem might be in your registry.
