Hi Anita, If your daily balance is correct and matches your account balance, are all your transactions marked as "Reconciled" for that date period (they will have the green circle with the check mark in it on the list)? The reconciled amount is simply the total of all your transactions marked as reconciled. Can you send your document to me to verify or at least a screen shot of the main window?
