Yes, I understand that Palestinian supporters constantly whine and complain that the US always favors Israel and never want to admit the facts that the Palestinians had received essentially the same level of US foreign aid on a per capita basis as Israel. But even all this money was never "enough." This was naturally only up until aid to Hamas was cut off in 2006, after which only a much smaller amount was provided only directly to Palestinian president Abbas, with stipulations that the money would not be diverted to Hamas. This is exactly what I had written the part of my post omitted by David. It is also almost exactly what was stated in the US State Department paper that David had directed us to read. So what exactly is "wrong" again?
