So in that case we just update the release notes to include some notion of how 
people should report said tests?

Maybe as a part of casting a vote on the release?

Should we still then require that at least one of the test runs be against each 
of the hadoop.profile versions (e.g. 2.0, 0.20)?  Just to ensure we have some 
level of confidence when we say things like "works on Hadoop 2" ?
