Keith Turner commented on ACCUMULO-1797:
----------------------------------------
Since the testing for a release is based on who shows up and does it, another
approach is to list what environments and which test were run for a release.
For example could have something like the following in the release notes.
The following test were successfully run for 1.4.5 :
||Number of Nodes||OS||Hadoop version||Zookeeper version||Test||
|1|RHEL 6.4|1.2.1|3.4.5|Integeration test|
|5|RHEL 6.4|1.2.1|3.4.5|Continuous ingest 24hr|
|5|RHEL 6.4|1.2.1|3.4.5|Continuous ingest 24hr (with agitation)|
|5|RHEL 6.4|1.2.1|3.4.5|Random Walk 24hr|
|5|RHEL 6.4|1.2.1|3.4.5|Random Walk 24 hr(with agitation)|
|42|Ubuntu 12.04|CDH 3u6|CDH 3u6|Continuous ingest 24hr|

> if we're going to label Hadoop platforms as supported, we should ensure the
