I would veto a release that does not run through all of the test on at least
one version of Hadoop and Zookeeper. This should shake out most pure Accumulo
bugs. It would be nice to find and fix as many integration bugs as possible
before release, but realistically we can only require what will actually be
done. So what versions should we test (0.20, 1.2, 2.0,?) and who will test? I
can run test against at least one version.
