If we *were* to add this as a contrib, there's some things that would need to
improve: minimally, license headers, LICENSE/NOTICE/README files... build
instructions.
However, I'd be concerned about who is going to maintain this. Additionally,
this package has a dependency on R, which is GPL licensed. So, I don't think we
can accept this contribution as part of Accumulo itself.
One thing we can do (and I think we should), though, is add a section to the
website to link to it as a related project on GitHub or something.
