[~ctubbsii] Oh, I didn't event think about that. Good point. Do you remember
what the ASF rules for non-ASF licensed code is? Can we even place this as a
contrib if we wanted to? If it's a contrib, isn't it also subject to our
release process as well (which the GPL would throw a wrench into)?
