bq. This is formalizing the ability to run multiple TServers as a "feature"
which means it needs to be figured out.
I'm a little confused as you modified the administration guide in 1.6.5 to
document how to run multiple tablet servers per host for ACCUMULO-4072. This
isn't a new concept, this change just makes it easier on the user.
