## What is the purpose of the change
i set up a ThreadPoolExecutor to run a task which cantains some dubbo
invoke, but i can`t cancel the task, because dubbo will treat it as a normal
exception(like timeout exception) and will try again. so i think interrupt
exception should be throw out
