Addressed in commit d2355b1cd5. Added a paragraph to `docs/docs/faq.mdx` under the existing timed-refresh section that: - Names `SUPERSET_DASHBOARD_MANUAL_REFRESH_STAGGER_MS` and shows the default of 5000 ms. - Notes that per-dashboard `stagger_time` metadata still wins when it is larger. - Calls out that setting the config to 0 keeps the older behavior.
