+This feature is gated behind the `ALERT_REPORTS_RETRY` feature flag, which is

straight to `Error` without the retry handler, but this names only the Celery
soft limit and execution budget as exclusions. Could this include the
working-timeout path so operators do not expect a stalled execution to retry?
