Commit eb08fb8ead67104ea395bbe6939fb3b8ae24cbdb ports the #44148 fix (19c44fe9) for the same saved-params scalar-groupby finding, including shared Gauge/Treemap compile limits. Regression tests reproduce three scalar failures without the fix and pass with it.
