@rusackas @sadpandajoe this is the first piece of the #44808 split, ready for review: just the optional `superset-core` metadata refresh contract (SDK + tests + docs), with no runtime change for existing providers. The only red check, `docker-build (superset)`, failed with no failed step and a missing log, which looks like a lost runner rather than this change; could someone with rights re-run it?
