Review Comment:
   If a provider's `from_configuration()` raises `ValueError` or `TypeError`
after authorization succeeds, this branch is what turns it into the 422
`configuration` error instead of a raw 500 carrying the provider's message. I
don't see a test that makes the constructor raise at the real command boundary
(the existing configuration-error test fails inside
`supports_metadata_refresh`, and the HTTP tests mock the whole command), so
deleting this `except` would leave the suite green. Could you add a case where
`from_configuration` raises and assert `MetadataRefreshError("configuration")`
with no private text and no store constructed?

Review Comment:
   This picks the cache from `DATA_CACHE_CONFIG`, while the store uses
`DISTRIBUTED_COORDINATION_CONFIG`; swapping them would make a populated
compatibility or result entry report `missing`, or inspect an unrelated entry.
The Redis inspection tests hand the reader to `inspect_data_cache` directly and
the command/HTTP tests patch this function or run on SimpleCache, so nothing
exercises this factory. Could you add a test with coordination on one Redis DB
and the data cache on another, with a prefixed entry in the data-cache DB,
asserting `present`, the creation time and a finite TTL?
