Fixed the CI failure in 4f9a8cbc90 after merging current master. The failing test was `test_native_inventory_report_matches_registered_tools`: #44558 added PNG preview schemas on master without refreshing the native tool inventory. I reproduced the same five size mismatches locally, regenerated the inventory, and verified that only the three affected tools and catalog totals changed. The growth thresholds and gateway limits are unchanged. Validation: 640 passed, 2 xfailed across the native tool surface, chart previews, chart processing, and Excel utility suites; all changed-file pre-commit checks passed.
