### SUMMARY <!--- Describe the change below, including rationale and design decisions --> This allows test files to live alongside the compnent and storybook files... trying to make things easier to find/audit/move/maintain This also includes some unit tests for Label, which utilize the neighboring storybook stories, as a POC.
