I've tested it locally on my Mac but not on Jenkins yet. What's interesting is
that on my Mac I don't need to do authentication to talk to JIRA. I think
there might be something different in the headers with the reworking of the
http get? I dunno. I guess I should try running this branch on Jenkins just
to see what happens.
